Our sensorless, software solution assesses traffic signal health and recommends adjustments to improve signal timing plans
Our software focuses on making signal retiming both more attainable as well as affordable. A variety of data streams (camera feeds and trajectory and signal timing data) enter our modern integrated data warehouse and are processed to provide feedback on current signal timing capabilities. Signals performing poorly are identified through comparing real-time data with historical trends for given intersections and time periods. Anomalous data is identified and is used to provide users with suggestions on which signals to retime. Through data processing methods, our software also provides suggestions for adjusting signal timing plans as well as overall performance metrics on current signal performance. This software performs for both standard and integrated corridor management systems.
Traffic incidents are extremely difficult to detect due to the vast infrastructure present across the United State and the world alike. To reduce the demand on traffic management personnel, our software uses parallel processing paired with machine learning based pattern recognition techniques to detect locations of congestion and potential incident hot-spots. This software provides users with fast, interactive, map-based visualizations of current traffic situations. It also provides users with assistance in resource allocation for detected traffic congestion/incidents.
